Epidemiological situation for infectious diseases in Kyzylorda
region according to the results of the II quarter of 2019
The epidemiological situation for most infectious diseases remains stable.
There are no cases of plague, cholera, anthrax, rabies, Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever, tick-borne viral encephalitis, rickettsiosis, tularemia, listeriosis, leptospirosis, yersiniosis, malaria, trichinosis, typhoid fever, paratyphoid fever, polyphythera, colifolitis, polyphythemia, polyphaea, polyfin acute viral hepatitis D, E.
Compared with last year, there is a decrease in the incidence rate for 18 infectious nosologies. The incidence of rotavirus enteritis was found to be 6.0 times, acute viral hepatitis - 2.5 times, including acute viral hepatitis A - 3.6 times, chicken pox - 2.7 times, enterobiosis - 2.2 times, pediculosis - by 42.6%, syphilis - by 14.7%, specified bacterial and viral intestinal infections - by 2 cases, bacterial food poisoning by 10 cases, dermatomycosis - by 49.6%, and functional diarrhea - by 27, 7%, acute infections of the upper respiratory tract - by 6.4%, newly diagnosed chronic hepatitis - 4.0 times a, tuberculosis - by 8.8%, acute viral hepatitis B-5, scabies - 8, heminolepidosis - by 1, meningococcal infection in 1 case.
For 6 months of 2019, in comparison with the same period in 2018, group cases of acute intestinal infections among the population of the region were not established. The epidemiological situation of the incidence of acute intestinal infections is regarded as stable, a decrease in the incidence of the population by a group of acute intestinal infections by 2 cases. A total of 264 cases were recorded, with an incidence rate of 33.9 per 100 thousand of the population, compared with 266 cases (34.7). The incidence of acute intestinal infections is characterized by widespread registration, no foci are detected in the regions, cases of the disease are not related.
During the reporting period, the region recorded an increase in the incidence of measles; during the reporting period, 412 cases of measles were recorded, the incidence rate per 100 thousand population was 53.0. The majority of cases occur in children under 14 years of age. The incidence is mainly recorded among unvaccinated (73.3%) against measles.
The epidemiological situation of especially dangerous infections in the region is stable. There are no cases of diseases with especially dangerous infections such as plague, cholera, anthrax, typhus, and rabies.
