In 2016, public monitoring to determine the level of satisfaction with the quality of the provision of public services provided by local executive bodies (hereinafter referred to as the MIE) by the state social order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption was carried out by the «Bilim» Research Center.
The level of satisfaction with the quality of the provision of public services based on the results of public monitoring in the rating of M&E in Kyzylorda region was estimated at 77.7%.
In 2017, public monitoring was conducted by the «Sanzh» Research Center. According to the monitoring results, Kyzylorda region is among the MIOs in 4th place with 80.2 points.
Monitoring was carried out on 55 services, of which 20 services are MIO.
80.2 points is an assessment of service recipients who are completely satisfied with the quality of service delivery, that is, they rated the quality of service at “5” points out of 5. The average score of five points is 4.77.
In general, according to this monitoring, it can be argued that the level of quality of services in Kyzylorda region in 2017 is high, because more than 80 percent of service recipients are completely satisfied with the quality of the service.
